The Needle Exchange Services Trust Incorporated (NEST) takes your privacy and its obligations in relation to your Personal Information under the Privacy Act 1993 (Privacy Act) seriously. NEST will require you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. A reasonable fee may be charged for providing access. NEST will advise you of the likely cost in advance.

Use and disclosure of Personal Information collected from you is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such Personal Information is used or disclosed, unless otherwise agreed with you.
